Job details
We require a sales and service engineer, having knowledge and experience in servicing, calibration, and maintenance, for laboratory analytical instruments and online process instruments.
Computer Skills: MS Office
Should have a valid UAE Drivers License
The candidate will be required to carry out the following jobs and responsibilities:
Installation commissioning & maintenance of Laboratory analytical equipments
Repairing and Troubleshooting component level servicing onsite
Responsible for fixing circuit boards at component level.
Communication with the manufacturer to resolve the service issues immediately.
Handling of Customer queries.
Responsible for guiding the juniors to troubleshoot the problems in analytical equipments. Communicating with customer for receiving and conveying information to resolve concerns and issues.
Organizing routine servicing schedules.
Spares management for analytical equipment
Negotiating with manufacturers and purchase items at optimum cost.
Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to clients.
The candidate is preferred to have the following Personal Skills:
Ability to make friends and maintain relationships.
Comprehensive problem solving abilities and willingness to learn new things.
Self motivated, Resourceful, willing to accept responsibilities, hard working and keen desire to learn.
