Overall Job Function:
• Shall be responsible for executing and coordination sales operations and activities to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for the assigned key accounts across agencies and direct clients.
• To carry out all company sales and marketing activities
• Strives to consistently enhance the company's competitive position in the marketplace
Responsibilities:
• Assist sales team to develop business growth and achieve sales, profit and assigned targets
• Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media's products to prospective agencies and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers
• Participates in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars
• Work closely with other stakeholders in the company to ensure successful online campaign execution and implementation
• Assist in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals and contracts
• Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify business opportunities for business growth
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and build strong network across the online media industry
Requirement:
• Possess Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education
• Have 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity in the advertising environment
• Able to work under pressure to meet quarterly sales targets
• Must have vast knowledge of Internet concepts and is able to discuss them with conviction
• Experienced in advertising/media, strategic marketing and/or consulting are highly desirable
• Experienced in selling web solutions in a highly competitive environment is ideal
• Online advertising experience will be an added advantage
• Must be customer-focused and able to demonstrate strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on securing new businesses
• Has excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
