As Regional Business Manager you represent, lead & manage the Profit & Loss (P&L), the Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Operations to maximize market share, sales and volumes to ensure the right organization, capabilities and structure is in place for delivering the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), marketing objectives, and delivering the targeted ROI.


Your challenges at ISKRAEMECO is to utilize your capabilities and skills and to operate at your full capacity to deliver ISKRAEMECO’s innovative solutions and value-add to a multi-channel market and to meet B2B, B2G & B2C customer expectations, needs and demands.


Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, manage, operate, and represent the business in the region/cluster

  • Lead, supervise and manage the business operations and transactions on daily basis in the region/cluster

  • Build the market plan, the “go-to-market” strategy and business objectives

  • Lead Business Market Combination (BMC) planning and strategy jointly with the Business Group

  • Lead Business Development (BD), marketing and sales activities across the region

  • Utilize the resources and plan the “go-to-market” strategy, sales strategy, and action plans to enhance and improve the sales “Gross” and “Net” profits.

  • Maintain, enhance, and leverage current business relations with clients and accounts, and consultants.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the business relations with governmental strategic accounts and bodies.

  • Driving the demand generation and leading the technical prescription with “end-clients” and “FEED Consultants”

  • Drive the “pre-qualification” and registration, update the registration of ISKRAEMECO on the vendor/approval lists of client’s accounts.

  • Develop the “Local Business Partners (LBP)” across the region/cluster and nurture relationship with all business stakeholders

  • Lead, manage and supervise ISKRAEMECO’s operations and delivery executions across the regions.

  • Deliver on annual operation targets

  • Deliver value-add and commitments to ISKRAEMECO’s clients and customers.

  • Ensure the right category portfolios are in place to serve all channels and all ISKRAEMECO Units

  • Lead the product development and localization efforts to capitalize on the market and region opportunities

  • Maximize ISKRAEMECO’s “brand” positioning

  • Ensuring all resources are utilized for delivering the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

  • Building and managing sales opportunities pipelines, as well as CRM’s, NPS’s

  • Creating sales leads & defining market opportunities

  • Exploiting new opportunities and addressing “white spots”

  • Exploiting new sales channels and addressing new markets

  • Defines and builds required capabilities to drive sustained business performance in the market

  • Drives employee agreement, culture of accountability ensuring integrity & compliance with ISKRAEMECO General Business Principles and Code of Conduct

  • Drives ISKRAEMECO excellence practices across the organization

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager – ME & CA Region, of ISKRAEMECO Group, and you will be part of the management team and work with a diverse group of stakeholders including global & regional marketing organizations, Business Groups, commercial sales, product managers and external agencies.
