Job Responsibilities: Duties are representative not inclusive

To ensure that the highest quality of medical practice, judgment and medical integrity are upheld, implemented and enforced among the physicians and staffs of the assigned branch.


-Recommends policies, strategic plans and budgets to the corporate leadership.

-Cooperate with hospital leadership to define the clinical mission, vision and strategic plan develop policies and procedures and clinical services related to the facility mission.

-Compliance with approved policies throughout the facility.

-Responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

-Responsible to respond to any reports from inspecting and regulatory agencies.

-Collaborate between facility and community for all medical and social services offered.

-Will act as a chair person for the executive committee, quality council and others as per his  her discretion.

-Approves diagnostic and treatment service programs to accomplish the role of the establishment and meet the needs of the patients.

-Approves personnel activities clinical wide, including contracting, re-contracting, compensation level and termination.

-Approves all organization changes for different groups/ division of the clinic.

-Submit periodic clinical reports and activities to AMG higher management as required.

-Monitor all clinic plans/ programs for their implementation.

-Responsible for quality improvement at the clinic as per set standards.

-Responsible for the safety issues related to their jobs.

-Ensure strict confidentiality of the information she/ he has an access to or may come across during her/ his tenure at AMG.

-Responsible for complying with AMG code & conduct as well as patient and family right standards.

-Serve and protect the clinic community by ensuring adherence to professional standards, policies & procedures.

-Collaborates with other staff members to facilitate provision of patient care

-Assists in developing and implementing programs to keep medical staff informed of new trends in medical field.

-Manages the training of staff on specific processes and service standards.

-Maintains all medical protocols and provide updates as necessary.

-Participate in quarterly meetings.

-Attend trainings or meetings as directed and required.

-Inspires staff to follow, demonstrates a positive attitude.

-Adjusts his/her leadership style to the specific needs and talents of staff.

-Approve employee performance appraisal.

-Is fully committed to the goals and principles of AMG.

-Patients follow up and report of deadly contagious diseases.

-Effective communication with the HR & Admin for timely recruitment, training, appraisal and retention of the talent.

-Participate at the weekly meeting with the clinic leadership & ensure effective mentoring of all decision adapted.

-Performs miscellaneous related duties as requested.

Job Authorities:

-Approval of clinic policy and procedures and all related documents in collaboration with the facility head.
-Approval of charting of any or all committee as well as the nomination of committee members or team chair persons.
-Recruit or terminate staff according to rules and regulations in collaboration with the HRD.
-Can initiate or cancel any project as the necessary under his authority.
-Delegate the authorities to his deputy to carry out full responsibilities during their absence/ vacation.
-Appoint or re appoint heads of department and directors of division or centers with approval of corporate medical director and HRD.
-Fully implement healthcare quality standards in the facility as per national and international standards.
