Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to general enquiries

  • Managing and executing all payroll related activities, including payroll processing, overtime calculation, and employee settlements

  • Monitoring and generating reports for Time & Attendance system for absenteeism

  • Maintaining the personnel files for non-management staff as per guidelines

  • Maintaining and tracking employee movements and modifications in the Oracle ERP system

  • Handling all petty cash expenses and claims

  • Preparing statement of all bills relating to Petrol, telephone and SEWA

  • Coordinating with, and scheduling drivers for miscellaneous tasks

  • Clearing all department invoices

  • Handling and coordinating hired labor requirements

  • Handling insurance claims of employees

  • Maintaining recruitment and training related documentation

  • Assisting in employee joining & exit

  • Arranging for insurance, ID, labor and other cards

  • Executing and coordinating for visa and gate-pass renewals of new and existing employees

  • Preparing requisitions & PO’s related to HR & admin dept.

  • Coordinating for sewerage and chemical water disposal

  • Coordinating for employee engagement programs

  • Assisting in conducting training sessions
