SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor customers' account to ensure that payments are made within the stipulated credit terms and review all past due accounts

Communicate with customers to solve collection issues and gain commitment on payment
Work with sales personnel to resolve short payments

Work with sales personnel and delivery in-charge on collection of payments

Process cash and cheque collections on daily basis

Prepare weekly aging report and attend weekly collection meeting to report and highlight collection status

Issue receipts/cash vouchers
Issue credit note

Process credit application form submitted by customers

Prepare monthly and quarterly GST Output Tax report and ensure compliance to GST reporting

Prepare weekly Sales Report for management review

Prepare monthly statement of accounts

Assist in month-end closing and admin related functions

Update customers' database

Perform proper filing and maintenance of records

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned




JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent

Minimum 4-5 years of experiences in relevant field

Strong knowledge and skills in MS Excel and conversant on other MS office applications

Able to communicate and deal with customers in the dynamic AR environment

Candidates with ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin are preferred

Candidates with experiences in handling full set of accounts will be advantageous

Diligent, meticulous, detailed and able to work independently in computerised and manual accounting environment
