Summary:

An exciting opportunity to join us in an expansion phase of our business. We are ramping up to provide increase customer touch points and coverage to our customers, promoting Office Product Business (OPB) solutions to achieve individual and team targets and support sales in sales engagements that requires total office software requirements.


Create uniqueness in Fuji Xerox's solutions with OPB software, and to develop and drive the market by covering and engagement in customers via sales managers.  


Candidates in similar industry or taking charge of sales and business oriented software (such as Nuance Equitrac, Ysoft Safeq, Papercut or Pharos) is an added benefit.


Responsible in sales by:

Clearly understanding customer's requirements in order to propose document solution that meets their requirements.

Developing relationship with existing customers and non-users to build and to identify upgrade/future opportunities.

Possessing IT knowledge for effectiveness in selling Fuji Xerox's office solutions with knowledge of competitive and potential new products, their strengths and weakness and position in the market place.

Supporting sales team to win deals via the Fuji Xerox's office solutions differentiator.

Resource allocation to support sales team in sales engagement process.

Manage, develop and enhance on pre-sales presentation material, demonstration and proof of concept script.


a. Prepare reports by:

Compiling information for the required reports of sales activities to be submitted on weekly/monthly ;

Submitting outlook reports on a monthly basis.


b. Maintain/advance product, selling and IT knowledge/skills by: 

Learning and applying knowledge acquired from product training and sales workshops.

Reviewing competitor's product brochures and information leaflets


c. Perform sales presentations, talk tracks at: 

Key events such as product show, product launch events

Customer's office

Workshops and knowledge sharing with sales teams


d. Manage demo and POC:

Perform the product demonstration or POC.

Take the lead in managing all demo and POC requirements

Where necessary, engage in pre-sales support for more technical solutions


e. Other administrative matters by:

Attending meetings such as sum-up/district meetings, account reviews, product reviews, product launches and/or any other ad-hoc meeting as required or delegated by immediate line manager.


Performance Measurements:

OPB software sales targets and other KPI measurements set in place.




What do you need to be:

You are experienced in sales activities, outgoing and energetic. A communicator with good interpersonal skills. Resilient and hold a positive drive and desire to earn good commission and earn satisfaction from effort in building your clientele, and adopt a "customer focused" approach in effective and successful sales closure.

You must also be able to enjoy working in a fast-paced, high growth and challenging business environment.

A minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science/IT, with minimum four (4) years experience in sales - focusing on account solicitation and new business, development/enhance on good customer relationship building which can promote into buy-in from clients.

Effective negotiation skills & a positive 'never give up' attitude.

Good presentation and communication skills with positive persuasive/winning power.

Able to work independently yet a proactive team player for team support and camaraderie

Resilient and have a proven capability to work under pressure and on strict deadlines.

Possess own transportation.
