Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon targets & selling plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the sales area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
Prepares and submits the yearly brand Sales plan to the Sales Director for approval. Communicates and cascades it down to the overseen managers and participates in converting it into monthly measurable targets for their second liners.
Responsible for building, developing & maintaining the level of knowledge & professional practices for the sales team individuals.
Sets the standards and performance measures of the Business Unit in line with the department’s strategic objectives, and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures their achievement
Identifies new sales leads and expands coverage for the assigned product(s) and communicates arising cross-sales opportunities to the concerned Sales team.
Conducts sales calls to Key Customers and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase.
To Builds strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction from the sales experience at AGM.
Consolidates and analyzes his teams' monthly sales achievements and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast, providing recommendations for improved performance.
Provides input to the Sales Director regarding market status and changing customer needs, for the preparation of the yearly sales plan and communicates any updates on regular and timely basis.
Liaises and follows-up with Sales Operations Manager to ensure efficiency of all legislative and delivery aspects to increase customer satisfaction for service provided.
Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct reports.
