Looking for a competent Marketing Director to be in charge of the marketing of several brands in the company. Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the brands' market presence and help it find a voice that will make a ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for and experience in fashion and retail, able to employ unique and creative marketing techniques.


Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of brand strategies.

Develop the marketing strategy for new and existing brands/projects.

Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.

Working closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

Guide the day to day activities of marketing.

Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation.

Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.

Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.


Requirments:

Excellent leadership and organising skills

Analytical and creative thinking

Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

Thorough knowledge of web analytics ( Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), Google Adwords, and social media.

Customer-oriented approach with aptitude

Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus

BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field

Must have experience in Retail/Fashion

Minimum 5 years
