1. Job Overview and Summary
You will be responsible for export documentation and data entry for all shipments.
Invoicing - General

Branch Communication
2. Performance Areas
Invoicing of local orders to be delivered via Triton, Cargo, Big Foot as well as with our own bakkies.
Invoicing all export orders.
Prepare necessary export documentation for all consignments.
Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.
Reconciling statements and invoices from courier companies.
Filing of Invoices/delivery schedules, driver delivery schedules, collections.
Recon of monthly petrol slips of drivers.
Assisting Accounts and Sales with queries.
Facilitating process flow from B1 to delivery
