Job details
Analysing customer's scalp and hair to diagnose correctly the requirements
Recommending the best suited solutions from the brands while giving customers treatment options from more than 1 brand
Following the SOPs to perfom hair treatments
Maintaining performance to meet or exceed assigned sales targets, slow moving targets, ATV/UPT targets
Following schedules, maintaining punctuality
Maintaining other quantitative and qualitative KPIs as assigned
Assisting store manager in stock takes, recevings and stock requisitions.
Recording customer information
Efficiently addressing customer complaints/querries
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Recruiting new customers
Optimize coordination and extend support to other team members
Maintaining cleanliness in the boutique
Attending and participating in in-house and brand trainings
Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the management
