• General Ledger entries and maintenance in NetSuite.

• Responsible for all Accounts Payable on a daily and weekly basis.

• Updating Cash Forecast for A/P activity and projected activity.

• Maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis.

• Bank reconciliation of bank and cash accounts in NetSuite.

• Creating accrual expenses each month to reach appropriate expense of the company.

• Working on the Balance Sheet reconciliations of all the Assets and Liabilities accounts (to tie to balances in NetSuite) and update Excel spreadsheet.

• Verifying accounts and calculating sales for month closure.

• Assisting in generation of monthly reports of Financial Statements for Head of Finance.

• Assisting in generation of reports for Audit and tax purposes.

• Performs other duties assigned by Head of Finance and Accounting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in NetSuite Accounting software is required to perform the above tasks.

• Bachelor's in Accounting with Seven to Ten relevant years of experience is required for this Position.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Public Audit or Tax Firm is preferred.

• Experience in the Accounting Team of a Corporation with direct experience in the Month End Close process, Account Reconciliations, and reconciliations and reports as required for audit and tax
