Responsibilities:

1. Handling customers' complaint calls and escalate to technicians

2. Arrangement of weekly Vending Machines delivery and logistics

3. Updating Vending Machine installation master file

4. Recording of daily routing and maintaining records

5. Registration of Vending Machine into telemetry system

6. Housekeeping of department filing and documentation

7. Handling telemetry inventory and SIM cards

8. Update records for stocks inventory

9. Verify DO/ Invoice by suppliers or vendors

10. Updating Vending Machine inventory and movements

Requirements:

  •  Diploma holder or equivalent degree and/ or at least 3-5 years of experience in the said field or in any related area  
  •  Familiarity with various practices, concepts and procedures of the field will be and added advantage  
  •  Good experience in sales activities  
  •  Past experience in similar position or similar organization  
  •  Computer literacy  
  •  Excellent customer skills  
  •  Effective communication skills  
  •  Ability to thrive effectively under pressure  
  •  Self-motivates individual with the ability to multitask
