JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Handles the proper sourcing, preparation of quotations, and procurement of required exclusive and non-exclusive items (local or foreign), supplies, or equipment, making sure they are ordered and delivered in the right quantity, quality, and time.

 • Prepares brochures for parts/ tools/ electrical as part of the bidding materials. • Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and ;

 • Lead the procurement group in all ;

 • Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. Review quotations.

• Maintain procurement ;

 • Coordinate with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the ;

 • Works closely with Technical Support Group in the filtering and control of parts for control panel projects, and technical specifications for all urgent requirements and forecasting of parts to various NPC Power ;

 • Design and implement simple policies and procedures to ensure the proper function and performance of the ;
