FOR DIRECT HIRING
. Bachelor's/college degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field.
. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
. Knowledgeable in the following:
. Recruitment and Test Administration
. Timekeeping
. Government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth and HDMF)
. Maintain and manage human resources records of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job
classifications, merit increases, tracking of leave credits and personal time.
. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, tardiness, leaves, etc.)
