Job Description

You will be involved in managing MOBILITYONE's high-security data centers and nationwide network & payment ;

The successful candidate will be exposed to administering audited banking facilities and a national network infrastructure. He or she will also have the opportunity to design additional enhancements to the network as it grows regionally, develop operational procedures in line with established system & security standards and prepare the facilities for PCIDSS/MYCLEAR/BNM audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's enterprise IT infrastructure comprising high-security data centers, mission critical application servers, and nationwide payment ;
• Design, setup and manage the company's IT infrastructure as it expands locally or regionally 
• Manage the security and operational aspects of the infrastructure in line with established security and audit standards. Responsible for audits by PCIDSS/;
• Research, evaluate, recommend and purchase hardware and software for enterprise ;
• Setup and manage computer hardware and software for enterprise operations, from servers to workstations; web servers; email and communications; specialized servers and tools for software engineering and ;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computing, IT or ;
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience as systems and network administrator of a substantial computer installation 
  
• Experience managing Windows or Linux based ;
  
• Fully competent in basic system and server tasks - software installation, kernel configuration and installation, security (firewalls, password management, user right/permissions), system and network backup, disaster recovery planning and execution, management of infrastructure servers (ie: web servers, File & Print, etc), and management of VMWare ;
  
• Able to manage LAN, WAN and WiFi networks as well as Internet, Intranet and VPN ;
  
• Experience in managing mission critical, high-security installations is an added ;
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites 
  
• Able to monitor/maintain/support the infrastructure at server level and network level 
  
• Able to work independently or in a team 
  
• Experience in system administration or networking is an ;
  
• Experience in VMWare administration and support is an advantage 
  
• Strong in managing network equipment like managed switches, routers, and firewalls.
