JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advises present or prospective customers by OUTBOUND calls, operating telephone equipment, and other telecommunications technologies.

Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.

Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.

Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

Set your monthly sales targets with us and do your best to achieve them;

# Preference for Chinese and Malay speaking candidates

# Candidate must possess at least STPM/ "A" Level/Pre U, Diploma, and/or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Experience in counseling, sales, telemarketing or event management is an advantage.
