Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Engaged in helping customer to purchase, updating customer details, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality service.
- Monitor credit and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
- End to end follow-up on incidents/requests to ensure proper closure and confirmation with customer.
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic ;
- Proactively pick up calls and follow- up on customer voice messages left in our support system.
- Consolidate daily & weekly sales report for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Have excellent telephone mannerisms
- Be able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Be detailed, organized and independent and outspoken.
- Be familiar with excel, word processing as well as writing and basic typing skills.
- Be able to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and multi-tasking.
- Be passionate in customer service.
- Possess a diploma, STPM or 2-3 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
