- Proficiency in computer and social chat software。

- People who with the customer service experience are preferred. After the interview, there is a training from counseling staff about the implementation of the rules and regulations

- Regularly report to the boss the progress of the work

- The main duty of this postion:

    Through the mail, the forum, the social channel (facebook, twitter,Instagram and youtube), the on-line game and the other service ways, solute and process the related question from player feedback;

    Deal with the player's appeal online, monitor the state of the game, and maintain the order of within the game

    Collect feedback, suggestions, complaints, BUG, cheating and other issues; communicate with the players as well;

    Carry out all kinds of service projects, updates and activities;

    Understand the needs of users, intentions for each player to provide attentive service;

- The state of working is part-time: 6 hours a day, Monday to Friday

- Fluent in English and Arabic




Customer Service Officer for Mobile Games

First: sufficient knowledge of the computer and means of communication.

Second: Active and has the spirit of one team, with the readiness to learn
