Responsibilities:

Sales is a dynamic person who ensure the clients conversion on-Phone, Chats, Emailing, Meetings. Sales will ensure the target inflow business by collaborating with Marketing Team. Strategies the events occurring, as well handing the marketing ;

*Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.

*Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries.

*Handle Pretreatment Formalities.

*Take care of Reception.

*Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.

*Basic Telephone & Business Etiquette while speaking to the customers.

*Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.

*Present and pitch the programs to the leads for timely admission closure *Maintain effective after sales relations with clients.

*Achieving sales and contribution targets. - Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring.

*Create and update leads file, prepare daily MIS;

*Counsel Online Leads generated through Portal, Domestic & International.

*Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc. -Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.

*To deliver the highest quality of service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Strategizing Online Counselling workflow
