JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement head will be the owner of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly procurement targets and

shall assume responsibility for achievement

• Procurement head will be responsible to control the sourcing and refurbishment costs by

ensuring that accurate evaluations are done by the team. He shall also ensure high quality

refurbishment done by the RF team

• Procurement head will be responsible for the quality & authenticity of vehicles being sourced

by ensuring that the team adheres to the procurement guidelines and checklists

• Procurement head shall guide, mentor and motivate team members to ensure high

productivity levels of all team members

• He shall conduct performance analysis and reviews and provide action plan in case of low

performance. He shall also assume responsibility of ensuring that the action plan is

implemented by the team

• Procurement head shall prepare the sourcing plan and shall take a sign off on the same by the

sales head

• Procurement head shall build a strong network & relationship among leasing companies,

corporates, dealerships, online portals etc. to ensure a healthy sourcing pipeline & be updated

with buying opportunities

• Procurement head shall be responsible to identify new channels of sourcing based on market

dynamics & opportunities and shall be responsible for negotiating agreements with them
