Maintenance Technician (Grinding and CNC Machines)
• Attend to machines breakdown, repairing work and carry out preventive maintenance work for machineries, equipment and tools
• Conduct service maintenance activities to industries: air compressors, cooler and chiller system
• Conduct service maintenance activities to all machineries, mainly surface grinding machines, CNC machines and other conventional tool maker machines
• Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis & repair of equipment and machines
• Ensure the production line is operating efficiently, minimize breakdown hours
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness in the workshop and its surrounding
Requirements:
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Basic experience in repairing / servicing the relevant machines, mainly surface grinding machines, CNC Milling / Lathe and other conventional tool maker machines
• Electrical basic knowledge is preferred: Hands-on electrical preventive and breakdown maintenance for mechnical, electrical, switchboard, circuit breaker and etc
WORKING LOCATION: MERU, KLANG, SELANGOR, MALAYSIA
