Responsibilities:
• Handle payroll and benefits program of the company
• Monitor payroll process and take appropriate actions for any concerns raised related to payroll process and salary distribution.
• Review existing benefits program and recommend improvements
• Propose new benefits programs and administration
• Handle other HR tasks such as, orientation, information gathering, market survey, ER concerns
• Maintain confidentiality on salary structure and payroll information
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Good communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
