JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the CEO with personal and business calendar management

Manage and maintain an effective filing system, ensuring that filing is complete on a regular basis; all files are kept up to date and can easily be accessed by the CEO

Prepare correspondence and reports

Must be able to work full-time at least twice a week at a physical office and be available mobile after hours/weekends in order to respond to any occasional time; Must be flexible with hours and scheduling; available to work overtime as needed

Performs additional assignment and responsibility on request by the CEO



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Experience in handling top management level coordination

Exceptional verbal and communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter and resourceful

Must be very tech savvy with knowledge of DropBox, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Apple Mail, etc.
