Knowledge on Web application life cycle.
Experience in any one of the following MVC Frameworks Yii or Zend, Larvel, Cake or Codeigniter
Good skill in CSS3 / Twitter Bootstrap3 front end development, (also SASS, LESS is a good to have)
Strong Knowledge in jQuery or any other JS based farmeworks
Experience in creating/ managing RESTFul APIs (JSON)
Clean coding techniques
Work on bug fixing / UI fixing and improving application performance.
Knowledge in Websockets/ is good to have
Knowledge in CMS tools like Wordpress plugin/template development is good to have
