We are a mobile repair company and we are looking for a responsible and efficient driver to pick up our customer's device that needs to be repaired and have it delivered back to them accordingly. You will represent our company in a professional way to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Pick-up and deliver customer's device to different addresses given.
Coordinate with the service advisors / customer service representatives about the available timings and location of the customers to ensure an effective delivery and pick up of device.
Collect payments and issue appropriate service receipts for the customers.
Must be able to monitor company's car to make sure that it is always in a working condition.
Communicate accordingly to our customers and provide them information about our services.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in previous field is required. Preferably those who have experience in courier companies.
• Must have a UAE driving license for light vehicle
• Should be well familiar with Dubai roads.
• Good communication skill is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Hard working and must be flexible with working hours sometimes if needed.
• Must be able to join immediately.
