The Role:
To Support the VP Commercial Marine Services MEIA in growing the Top Line, maintaining Customer Relations and preparing Tender and Bid Documentation.
Accountabilities:
• Management of selected existing and potential accounts with the focus to develop growth with these accounts
• Support MEIA team to ensure growth of accounts owned by MEIA team
• Proactively developing new business for the MEIA region and the ISS Group
• Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts focusing on long-term development and revenue growth
• Work with the cluster VPs and operational General Managers in various countries to ensure all customer queries/complaints are handled professionally.
• Maximise customer value creation and profitability for ISS of current and new customer base
• Undertake cross border sales meetings where no commercial manager is positioned, as per the group's directive
• Work alongside bid centre to assist in preparing tender and big contract responses
• Support MEIA account owners and other colleagues as required in the preparation of Proposals / Presentations
• Assist visiting colleagues to coordinate sales meetings ensuring that our customers experience significant value from such ISS visits
• Coordinating new / renewal agreements / and contracts for country GMs or for group as directed
• Fact Finding / pre-qualification for potential commercial targets, liaising with the account owners and regional commercial teams
• Provide market intelligence and competitive intelligence from my area of responsibility
• Undertake analysis arising from large data with a view to optimising commercial efforts
• Act as focal point for Communications team
Measure of success:
• Revenue Growth from "own" accounts
• Revenue Growth from MEIA Team accounts
• Support global commercial team to grow revenue
• Feedback from customers and colleagues
HSSE - Health, Safety, Security and Environment (Mandatory requirements)
• Accountable for ensuring that an appropriate assessment of health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) risk is included as part of work planning.
• Accountable for implementation and monitoring of actions to mitigate risk and enhance controls within area of responsibility to ensure the HSSE of both the job holder and other persons who may be affected by acts carried out or failed to be carried out by the job holder.
• Ensure full compliance with, and implementation of, the ISS HSSE Management System.
• Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to control HSSE risk.
• Accountable for ensuring that clear, appropriate and timely communication channels are put in place to report and manage HSSE risk.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in Tender and Bid Writing
• Experience in Marine Services Sales Solutions
• Ideally having MEIA previous work experience
