Job Overview

The Warehouseman is responsible for organizing and managing the warehouse of spare parts for the equipment. Giving reports to the warehouse clerk for details and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Warehouse

• Produce a strong and smooth warehouse system.

• Be always available whenever needed.

• Prepare reports

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

• Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Electa Tarlac Aggregate Corp's policies, procedures, and core competencies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse custodian experience.

• At least an associate graduate or 2 years in college is required.

• Strong knowledge in warehousing system.

• Average knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).

• Strong commitment to working with a team, providing excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.

• Interest and ability to analyze detailed data and formulate decisions.

• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth.

• A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, that can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend actions.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Previous experience working for a cement, construction, or aggregate company is a plus.
