Job Description

Responsible for performing the duties as the Company's assigned Safety and Pollution Control Officer:

         o To ensure that the company's legal compliance to the requirements of the law in terms of Safety and its environmental performance, as regulated by government bodies such as Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), are met.

        o To ensure compliance to all Safety Legislation and regulations of the Law.

        o To act as Safety Officer of the Company by providing programs to increase awareness at all levels within the organization.

        o To ensure that all safety equipment and tools such as smoke detectors, alarm system, etc. are functioning properly through regular checklists and safety audits.

        o To maintain the safety and cleanliness and orderliness in the areas of production and maintenance.

        o To implement the safety policy and regulations of the Company.

        o To adhere and support Quality and Environmental Policies.

        o To strictly comply with the Company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.

        o To perform other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate of Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Sanitary, Industrial, Environmental Science or any related degree.

• With at least 3 years experiences in a similar capacity preferably in Aggregate/Quarrying or Cement Industries.

• Must have a valid PCO license.

• Must have completed the course in (BOSH) Basic Occupational Safety & Health

• Must be knowledgeable on ISO documentation procedures.

• Willing to work in Tarlac / Quezon

• Willing to work in a FULL-TIME Position
