Since it was established on October 6, 2010, Fairfax Holdings Inc. has become one of the largest franchise companies under Mang Inasal Philippines Inc., the fastest growing chicken barbeque fast food chain under the Jollibee Foods Corporation. Its headquarters was originally located at Palm Village, Makati City and was later on relocated to Evangelista Street, Makati City on 2012.

Starting off with 8 branches, the company quickly grew and acquired more stores to add to its wide portfolio in and around the Metro. As of today, the company operates and manages 21 branches all over Metro Manila and Calabarzon Area with the vision to open more branches all over the Philippines in the near future.
