Roles and Responsibilities: Handling US/Aus Outbound calls and Inbound calls regarding trouble shooting service plans . Persuading clients about the product or service and how best it satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery and also converting calls into deals. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
