Overview

You will be responsible for supporting the business teams in creating, setting up and maintenance of all needed service management documentation and reporting.

This is a global and bank-wide scope meaning the candidate will have continuous interactions with all business partners - so excellent communication skills are vital.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the global Frameworks and Control team, you need ensures the company framework is correctly applied; and will provide input and assistance in further maturing and rolling out the framework.

You will be required to;

• Coordinate with the business partners globally and with the business teams locally in setting up the service management documentation and reporting.

• Manage timelines for delivery of documentations

• Prepare, maintain and deliver service management reports for reporting to stakeholders.

• Organize service review calls meetings with stakeholder.

What knowledge and experience is requested?

• Relevant work experience in service management in shared service and/or BPO environment.

• Detail oriented

• Excellent English communication skills (on both verbal and written)

• Knowledge on fundamentals of ITIL and good understanding of Agile methodology

• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel or Project
