We are looking for self-motivated Debt Collection Specialists with strong communication and negotiation skills to join our winning team. The Debt Collection Specialist will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the established individual goals, and contributing to team goals. Qualifications:

· Must have good English communication skills.

· Candidates with experience on the following accounts are highly preferred

· Experience in Charity/Sales Campaign

· Cold -calling or credit card pulling account

· Healthcare campaigns

· Technical Support

· Make outbound calls to prospective students

· Arrange Sales Call for Renewable Energy

· Lead Generation for education campaign

· Retention for telco accounts

· Experience in UK campaigns

· Computer literate, basic mathematical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team.

· Ability to adapt in a fast -paced and changing environment.

· Goal oriented, self -motivated, flexible and a team player.

· Willing to work the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Represent the firm's and our clients' interest by engaging debtors in a manner designed to persuade and motivate them to resolve their delinquent accounts with a sense of urgency.

· Candidates are expected to use individual effort to excel in achieving individual, department and the broader goals of the firm while exhibiting the spirit of teamwork, collector courtesy, and integrity at all times.

· Maintain professional telephone, communication and negotiation skills as well as keeping up on current industry trends
