Job Summary.
Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
Currently working in a project sales and business development role in a commercial and residential turnkey interior design, joinery, furniture, flooring or lighting solutions contractor.
Experience of working on commercial turnkey projects which include hospitality and retail interior fit outs up to a minimum value of AED
Must have commercial and financial acumen with excellent communication skills.
Job Description.
Prospect, source and develop new business opportunities through consultants, architects, interior designers and partnership contractors to increase revenue and market share.
Preparation and presentation of sales proposals.
Working closely with the project team and liaising with the client until contract handover.
Skills & Experience Required.
Currently working in a business development / sales in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build with strong technical awareness of commercial and residential interior fit out, joinery, flooring, lighting and joinery works.
Must have worked on projects of a minimum value
Strong negotiation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Freelancer sales executive can be contact as the base on good commission (5 10%).
Candidate Profile.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Must be living in the UAE.
Fluent in English - must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
