Multi Recruit is looking for passionate, self-motivated and experienced sales professionals to join its business development team
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Generate prospects by various lead generation strategies
· Identify new markets and business opportunities.
· Follow up with prospective clients and close deals.
· To understand the customer's requirements and suggest services that benefit the customer.
· Develop strong and professional customer relationship.
· Participate in conferences/events, representing the company for brand awareness.
· Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Minimum 1 year experience in a young, fast paced environment ( recruitment industry would be preferred but not mandatory)
· Willingness to learn and grow
· Team player
· Should be honest, trustworthy and assertive
· Excellent time-management skills
· Decision maker, problem solver, creative thinking skill
· Highly proficient in MS Office
· Internet savvy and familiar with social media
· Customer service minded with good telephonic skills
· Good communication
· Startup experience is a bonus
