Job Roles: 

1. Identify training and development needs within an organization

2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the organizational/individual needs

3. Devising staff learning plans and monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees

Qualifications: 

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.

•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

•Willing to travel (if there's a need)

•Must be resourceful and analytical

•WIth excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

•Withgood oral and written communication skills
