Looking for Female Executive Personal Assistant, Must be fluent in English and have good knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good communication skills. Must be able to travel internationally. An attractive package will be offered to right candidate.

Maintaining diaries, arranging meetings appointments and coordination between clients and office. Taking messages, Emails messages, typing/word processing, filing, organizing meetings, using a variety of software packages, booking transport and accommodation, managing databases.

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, preparing letters, presentations and ;Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience is essential.

They might have more general office duties as well, such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment. They also might train and supervise other staff members.

. Domestic and International Travelling maybe required at times.

2 Years Employment Contract with 2 years renewal terms.
