Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and support to new and existing customer.

• Develop and maintain close productive relationship with the key accounts to ensure continuing sales support services are provided

• Identify inputs to design and development, plan out the activities for effective implementation and monitoring of the design and development, including the need to mange the necessary changes.

• Maintain the records of design and development in the respective files.

• Perform assembly process and the required verifications and/or validations such as inspections and testing during incoming, in process as well as out going. Maintain all necessary records of such verifications and validations.

• Control drawings, both internally generated and externally received, to ensure their validity for distribution and use.

• Provide handling of customer complaint in a professional way.

Requriements:

• Candidate must possess a least Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

• FRESH GRADUATES encourage to apply.

• Computer literate and able to work independently.

• Knowledge in solidworks software.

• Experienced in Mechanical designing & 3D knowledge is an advantage
