Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You should be a confident, results driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The role:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from reviewing CVs, screening candidates by telephone and competency based interviews, arranging interviews and following up and completing the job offer process with full responsibility for candidate and client requirements and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
• Develop and bring in new clients
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the clients as well as the candidates
• Actively win and close business
• Operate a 360 recruitment business from client development through to placement
• Sourcing candidates for all positions through portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Preparing detailed job specifications with only a brief description given by clients.
• Able to handle the Salary negotiation with candidates and clients
• Developing a closer working relationship to gain trust and confidence to promote business.
• Client management
• Good at negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services.
The Person:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop long lasting business relationships with clients and candidates.
• Effective networking skills.
• Experience of achieving revenue targets.
• Proven successful track record in a Recruitment
• Passionate about achieving success with every vacancy
• Fluent in English
• Smart professional appearance with excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
