Responsibilities:
As a guest relations and holiday homes host, you will be assigned properties for which you will be the exclusive host, taking responsibility over the quality of the accommodation as well as the guest experience. Tasks involved include, but are not limited to:
- Handling all guest communication prior to booking, post-booking, during their trip as well as after for reviews
- Coordinating with your guests for check-in and check-out and meeting them as appropriate, providing them with all the information they need before and during their stay
- Post-checkout inventory checks to report claims for any defects and arrange for replacements/repairs
- Keeping counts of towels, linen and stock supplies, and restocking when needed
- Coordinating and scheduling with cleaners, laundry and maintenance resources to prepare the property for the next check-in, and with your attention to detail, ensuring the overall result is high quality for an accommodation that is ready and welcoming for your next guests
Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to apply:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in operations, displaying organisation skill, scheduling and attention to detail
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office
- Must be on their father or husband's visa
- Must have a car and hold a valid UAE driver's license
