Work Responsibilities:


 Generation of correspondence - responding to emails

 Screening of calls & handling of queries

 File, copy, print and provide other ad hoc administrative support

 Co ordination with sales team

 PO and invoice processing

 C forms follow up.

 Payments follow up.

 Follow up with transporters for material Delivery

 Stock management.



 Skills & Qualification Required:-

-Graduate degree in any discipline.

-2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience.

-Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

-Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills

-Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables


 Timing: 9;30 - 6 pm.

 Salary 18-20k (depends on interview)

 6 days working - Sunday fixed off.
