Work Responsibilities:
Generation of correspondence - responding to emails
Screening of calls & handling of queries
File, copy, print and provide other ad hoc administrative support
Co ordination with sales team
PO and invoice processing
C forms follow up.
Payments follow up.
Follow up with transporters for material Delivery
Stock management.
Skills & Qualification Required:-
-Graduate degree in any discipline.
-2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience.
-Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Strong sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills
-Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables
Timing: 9;30 - 6 pm.
Salary 18-20k (depends on interview)
6 days working - Sunday fixed off.
