Qualifications:
College graduate of any course with above average scores (FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME)
Confident with high communication skills and willing to learn
Speak, Read, Write English fluently
Computer savvy, typing 45 words per minute is required
Committed to provide excellent services
Keen attention to detail
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Able to organize, manage and prioritize multiple projects
Able to do extended research to keep up-to-date to latest rends
Experience in health care industry is preferred, but not required, can be trained
Experience with credentialing process is preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and the use internet
Residing near Ortigas, Pasig
Job Responsibilities:
Follow verbal or written instructions to complete application forms to enroll medical provider(s) with health care payers such as insurances and US-government health care institutes.
Inquire credential information and related document from providers which includes licenses necessary to complete credentialing processes.
Organize and maintain confidential documents collected from medical providers.
Tracks license, certification, contract, and liability expiration dates for all medical providers to ensure timely renewals.
Create spread sheets of compilation of health care payers' pay rates.
Maintain health care payers' payment rates document up-to-date.
Review payer contracts and compare rate of payments to negotiate to contractors.
Communicate with medical providers, health insurances and IPA's through calls and emails.
Coordinate with other team members in different departments to increase client's production.
