Job details

We are looking for energetic, experienced, hard working manager to supervise and coordinate all Admin and HR duties in our expanding FFS offices in Oman. He will be required to liaise with Oman Country Manager directly and with our parallel departments in Head Office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the current Admin Team (PROs)

• Establish Relations with the Labor and Oman Governmental departments

• Obtain Trade License and approval for Restaurant outlets

• Manage HR/Admin daily requirements of current staff

• Manage staff accommodation

• Able to communicate and facilitate all pending governmental approvals

• Able to assist and support the interdepartmental Oman-based Team

Skills and Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

• 5-10 years Oman experience

• 30-40 years of age

• Advanced Computer Skills

• Strong Decision Making/Interpersonal Skills

• Management and Organizational Skills

• Omani Drivers License
