Job Summary

Responsible for the overall store operations such as managing, planning, and organizing all operational, financial and administrative aspects of the store/branch to ensure growth and business sustainability and continuously provide products with the highest quality standards possible, produced in a cleanest, safest environment and consistently dispense excellent service to every customer.

Job Specification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge in Hotel Operations is an advantage 

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Managing a bakeshop and coffee shop is advantage.
