We have been nominated twice as "SUPERBRAND"and have operated over 250 group departures with 25,000 passengers for Escorted tours in 2016 alone. Do you want to be part of this growing and revolutionary team?
Responsibilities:
- Handle and taking care of AUH market by selling international destinations.
- Being responsible to sell the destinations developed by the operation team (USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, far east and exotic destination)
- Actively listen to clients to determine their needs with extensive product knowledge and sales expertise and facilitate the purchase of holiday ;
- Close sales and maintain consultative relationship with guests to ensure satisfaction for a repetitive ;
- Maintain a high level of customer ;
- Generate new sales opportunities, convert in-house leads from our marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall travel experience of your ;
- Create new client case in our AUH and develop existing database.
- Ensure repetitive sales by building strong relationships and meeting the needs of customers throughout the entire tour-planning process.
- Harness your customer knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement your own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep our business on the cutting edge.
- Take appropriate steps to meet personal sales goals.
- Adhere to department guidelines for day-to-day responsibilities including phone etiquette, attendance.
Skills
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in travel industry
- International destination knowledge
- Arabic literacy is added advantage
- Leadership and honing skills
- Excellent selling and convincing skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism in moments of stress
- Burning desire to succeed
- Self-motivated, hard-working and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to meet long and short-term goals
