Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Centre Executives with excellent communication skills for liaison with potential customers for financial requirements.
Obtains client information by calling & answering telephone calls;
Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, providing solutions or alternatives
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Job Requirement:
Call Centre Executives with excellent communication skills in languages English, Hindi must and any one of Malayalam, Tamil, and Arabic languages preferable.
Previous experience in a customer support or care in financial domain.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
