Roles & Responsibilities:

• Training New Hire Batches,

• Should have good teaching and presentation skills.

• Ability to design training, including the methods.

• Providing the initial training on the Basics Grammar.

• Should be experienced in training on the topics like Soft Skills, Communication skills.

• Responsible to conduct lectures as per the curriculum and ensure that the modules are completed as per the batch schedule.

• Understanding the training need, views and knowledge about the current training process.

• Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology.

Looking for a Soft Skills Trainer, experienced in training on the topics like Soft Skills, interview Skills, Group Discussion, Telephonic Etiquette, providing feedback on MOC calls. Familiar with communication techniques. Monitor, provide, record and evaluate effective training activities.
