Job Descriptions:

• Develop, document, implement accounting processes and cascades information to its subordinates and concerned personnel and departments.

• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

• Oversee the accounting operations, especially the control the control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.

• Ensure the account receivable are paid in timely manner and that all reasonable discounts are taxation are take on account payable

• Ensure the account receivable are collected promptly by coordinating with credit and collection department.

• Oversees that payroll is processed and released on a timely manner.

• Establishes and implements a control system for accounting transactions.

• Manages the production of annual budget and forecast.

• Prepares and presents financial statements in compliance with company and government requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy/ Business Administration major Accounting or equivalent.

• Preferably Certified Public Accountant

• Minimum of 3-4 managerial experience with demonstrated track record in leading a team of accounting and finance professionals

• Broad functional experience in areas of accounting and financial management.

• With strong background in local taxation and adept in internal revenue rules and regulations.

• Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

• With effective written and persuasive communication skills.

• Computer literate
