Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall HR function of the company, which include its payroll management, recruitment, employee relations, supervision of HR policies & ;
  
• Manage the application, maintenance and renewal of visa for the foreign workers and ;
  
• Maintenance of personnel files, medical expenses, attendance listing & leave ;
  
• development of the HR department and its functions, including company policies for the ;
  
• Act as the point of contact for matters pertaining to Human Resources Administration.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in HR Operational ;
  
• In-depth experience in managing the employment of foreign workers and related processed. ( immigration matters such as work permit and visa, foreign workers application, renewals etc). 
  
• Sound knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act and other relevant ;
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments ;
  
• Possess an eye for detail. A team player and able to work with various lvels of employees. Effective people management skills.  
  
• A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with ;
  
• Responsible, organised and professional in handling confidential information. Able to work under ;
  
• Familiar with MS Office applications. Knowledge of payroll processing will be an added advantage. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa ;
  
• Degree/ Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
