Job details
We are seeking for IT Support Executive, Independently responsible for maintaining office network, troubleshooting and resolving network related issues, providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or ;
Primary Responsibilities include :
- Troubleshooting knowledge in hardware / Networking.
- Knowledge in access control and CCTV
- Server and DATA management. Perform regular backups of critical data.
- Handling Tally & ERP solutions
- DOMAIN control
- Website & Email controlling
- Handling AVAYA enterprise / IP office
- IT security system management
- Procurement of IT related equipment & accessories
- Manage PC/Laptop setup and deployment for new employees with standard hardware, images and software.
- Perform upgrades and maintenance tasks on laptops of existing employees
- Maintain all VoIP phone systems, PBX.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Computer hardware and Software installation. Provide support on company email system, web/audio conferencing service and phone ;
